Headingley Student Houses

Headingley Student Houses’ properties are let to our tenants on a standard 12 month tenancy agreement.  All our houses have mains-wired fire detection systems, have up to date Gas Safe certificates and include WIFI broadband and flat screen smart TV’s as part of your rental agreement. Headingley Student Houses adhere to Unipol standards and meet all the necessary regulations as an acreditted landlord with Leeds City Council.
